MN M1PR Property Tax Refund - issue with traditional IRA

Not a tax expert, but it seems that TT is double-counting traditional IRA contributions as income in MN form M1PR. It is added on both lines 3 and 5. Mine was a recharacterization - not sure if that is causing the problem. Could someone please clarify? I looked at MN instructions on MN Dept of Rev website and it is missing detailed line instructions for line 3.

Thanks for your response. I already completed my form using an override after confirming my understanding with the MN Dept of Revenue.
