The 2022 Missouri 1040 form lists a married filing jointly amount of 25,900 for a standard deduction but TurboxTax entered 28,700. Is this because we are both over 65 this year?

Yes, you are quite correct, while some states have different deduction numbers than the federal deduction, Missouri follows the IRS standard deduction.
For the 2022 tax year, seniors who are married and filing jointly, the standard deduction for 65 and older is an additional $1,400 each for a total of $28,700.

Thanks for the reply. If what you say is correct then why does Turbotax enter 28,700?
The 2022 STANDARD DEDUCTION for MARRIED FILING JOINTLY is $25,900. If you are both 65 or older, you would add $1400 per spouse.
$25,900 + $1,400 + $1,400 = $28,700
