MFS community property state

My spouse and I both are filing separately. We don't own a business twe only get our w-2 from our jobs we work at. Do we need to fill out form 8958 community property ln the state of Texas?

Ok so I already filed my taxes a month ago and she did hers last night, do we have to ammend and submit that form?

It is better to amend and pay any amounts due rather than wait for the IRS to catch it and charge penalties and interest in 3-4 years.

Currently a Georgia State resident and moving out of the country for work. Will be gone 5 years, and not returning to GA. Am I still liable for Georgia State income tax?
