Massachusetts Employee Pension Plan: Deduction???

Hello,

I am a Massachusetts State Employee and contribute to the Massachusetts Employee Contributory Pension Plan.

On my W2, this is noted in box 14 as "UA $3772"

I believe I am able to deduct $2000 of this, but I am not sure how.

Can someone please confirm that I can deduct this contribution, and explain to me how to make the deduction using Turbo Tax.
