I have no entry on 10a enter 300 in the box between 10a and 10b and Turbo Tax won't take it, says it should be zero but that doesn't work either

1. Did you make at least $300 in CASH charitable contributions in 2020?
2. Did you enter these contributions in the Charitable contributions section?

Then, in the Review, when TurboTax saw that you have taken the Standard Deduction, if you made any cash charitable contributions, TurboTax will tell you to enter the amount of the cash charitable contributions (no more than $300).

Did you do the first two items, and then go into the Review?

I did NOT take the standard deduction, I itemized but Turbo Tax kept saying the form was incomplete.  Contributions should be blank but when I put in nothing it asked for a value.  Then, my EFile was refused three times saying either the AGE or PIN from 2019 didn't match.  The AIG was correct and had no record of a PIN as the form said to just make one up.  Very frustrating. Finally mailed it.  Very dissatisfied with Turbo Tax!
