Last year they filed a form 8889 for health savings accounts but i didn't see a place to put it ?

TurboTax automatically generates Form 8889 based on if you have entries on your W-2 that shows your employer contributed to an HSA (usually indicated by code W in box 12 of the W-2). It also automatically generates the form if you used funds in your HSA (reported on Form 1099-SA), or if you inherited an HSA.
