Why is turbo tax not allowing me to enter medical expenses. When I go to enter an amount a blue bubble appears and I can not put in an amount.

@Scharles22 When you click on Medical expenses, the program should run through the various expenses asking for input rather than one blue spot. If you are using the desktop version, update your program, If you are online,
- Log out of your return
- Log back into your return.
You can fill this form out for someone to call you if still having trouble. It could be a long wait.
