It is asking for schedule C total mileage, I do not know my total mileage for the year, only the amount of miles I drove for business

I used my personal vehicle for traveling for my job. I have a record of miles driven for work, but I don't know how many miles total I drove for the year including my personal mileage.

If you are using the actual mileage method and you have records to prove it, you can estimate your total miles.  They won't go into the calculation one way or the other.  (On the other hand, if you were using the actual expense method, you must know total mileage.)
