How old are they? Go back and edit them under My Info. There are a couple confusing questions you could have answered wrong.

Aw you're right thank you! It looks like the "not eligible for employment" box was incorrectly checked on the SSN info section for them. Correcting that fixed the issue. Thanks for the help!
