Is ItsDeductible not working?

Is ItsDeductible not working? I add a charity then enter the "quantity" of the items donated. When I click "Add Items" the next window shows a list of my items but has no values and the Total is blank. The only available option is to close the window using the "X" where I am promptly alerted that I have not saved the donation. How do I resolve this issue?

I just tried it on a Windows 10 PC, with the Google Chrome browser and it worked ok...for 2 Queen bedspreads, and one full set of Queen bedding..
