How do I report Personal Property Tax (not Real Estate)?

In the Deductions & Credits section there is a Topic Group called "Cars and Other Things You Own."  Personal Property Taxes are a topic underneath this group.

You can also access the topic by opening the search bar in the top right corner of the screen and typing in "personal property taxes" and follow the jump-to link that is provided.
