Yes, the Payer is the issuer/bank of the 1099-SA form. So that information should be in the box in the top left of the form. It may say "Trustee/Payer's name" there. You are the recipient.

So basically I use this non us broker called kot4x. I'm tryna figure out how to do taxes for the stuff I trade. I use bitcoin on cash as money to Buy ans sell. How taxes?
