Are you in the Personal Info tab on question 2: "Tells us the state(s) you lived in" ? Is that the question you are asking about?
That is asking where you lived (state of residence) on December 31, 2015. If you did not live in the USA on that date, you would choose "Foreign or US Possession" (which is in the dropdown menu past Wyoming.) If you did live in a state on December 31, 2015, then choose the state you were living in on that date.
That question is not asking anything about income. Foreign earned income questions are in a different section.

I received green card and SSN on Jan 2021 I didn;t live in US 2020 but I have rental income in Florida .What I should do now
I am resident alien but I not living in US 2020
@quanmankhang You don't have to report Rental Income to Florida, as Florida has no Income Tax obligation.
If you were a Non-Resident Alien in 2020, you need to use Sprintax to file a Federal Tax return.
