Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I'm at the part "let's enter your HSA contributions" and I'm a bit confused. Myself and my employer both made contributions but I'm not sure where to find these figures.

If the contributions were made through payroll contributions, then the total amount contributed both by your and your employer would have been reported on your W-2 in Box 12 with Code W.  When you entered your W-2 information that amount transfers to the Health Savings Account (HSA) section of your return and you do not need to enter any additional information regarding contributions.
