You could do a "dummy" return. It doesn't cost anything if you don't print it. You will have to re-enter your information since there is no way to merge two TurboTax accounts.
If you want to start another return in TurboTax Online, here’s what to do:

If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions installed on your personal computer, click on Forms. When in Forms mode click on Open Form in the upper left of the screen. Type in 1099-B worksheet. On the result click to open. Use the 1099-B worksheet to report any investment sales with a gain or loss. Those will be entered on the Schedule D and Form 8949 which are included in Forms mode and entered on your Form 1040.
also, I can't get the form to enter-- I think it's 8949-- "IRS is still working on finishingup the investment sales area (sch D ) for 2020 ... check back soon" any work-around? thx

Hope you have a Happy and Prosperous New Year!
well... it was kind of a joke... but I do really appreciate your help.
It's weird to me that TT, among other software companies, relies on its customers to help each other out. It would not have occurred to me to do it te way you suggested. I had looked at any different forms...
Best in 2021 to you, also, and farewell to this wretched year!
