I was in an accident in 2016, medical bills pilled up into 2017, and now in collections for over 3000 is there any way that matters for deductions ?

I only sent one payment of 50 to one collection agency

Only the medical bills that you actually paid can be entered into the medical expense section of your tax return.  If you  have only paid $50, it will not affect anything on your tax return.
