You would have to complete the 2020 tax return to find out the amount of tax refund you would be receiving, if any. No one can see your tax return or know your tax situation to give you an answer about your tax refund.
No one can see your screen, your tax return or your account. We have no access to the information regarding your income, filing status, dependents, credits, deductions, etc. etc. etc.
It will be pretty hard to know how much your 2020 refund will be until you have all of your 2020 income information to enter. Employers have until the end of January 2021 to issue W-2's; many other tax documents do not arrive until late January/early February. The "refund monitor" in the software does not mean anything until ALL of your information has been entered.
No one else will be able to see your screen or your tax return, so when you enter your information you have to look for yourself. We cannot tell you how much your refund will be--or how much you owe if you have tax due.
When you finally have your 2020 tax return prepared -- if you are getting a federal refund it will be shown on line 34 of your Form 1040.
If instead of a refund--you owe tax to the IRS-- tax due will be on line 37.
