If you are a W-2 employee you cannot deduct job-related expenses on your federal tax return. Your state tax laws might be different.
Furthermore, the $10 a day fuel allowance should be considered taxable income and reported on your W-2 in box 1, and be subject to Social Security and Medicare tax withholding, unless you participate in an accountable plan where you prove to your employer via driving records that you spend at least that much or more on fuel for business related trips.
You can list your business related mileage in TurboTax because it may flow to your state tax return in some states, but you should not expect to receive a federal tax reduction based on those expenses.
