I put down that I had someone to watch my child that I paid but I did not know It couldn't be your parents, and now I can't process my return. Help?

You can use a parent for child care. but they will have to include the income on their return. If you wish to remove the form, follow the instructions below.

Here are the steps for deleting unwanted forms in TurboTax Online:

1. Open your return in TurboTax. (To do this, sign in to TurboTax, and select the Take me to my return button.)
2. In the left side bar, select Tax Tools> Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet and follow the onscreen instructions

The care provider can be your parent, except if your parent is also your dependent.

I cannot delete the file I need to proceed its under uncommon expenses and its the question about the nanny

Are you saying my instructions don't work for deletion of that you choose to keep the form and report your expenses.

I followed your instructions and its still asking me to enter in information and I cannot proceed

I tried it mayself and the form did not delete. Go back and say, "No" you didn't have any expenses that year.  Go all the way back through the dependent care expenses section and delete out the provider and dependent and then you  can.
