I take standard deduction. how do i input $300 charitable contributions so it appears on 1040 page 1, line 10b?

Go through the Deductions & Credits section, scroll down the page and click on the Wrap Up button.  The following screens will show you receiving the Standard Deduction and after that will be the question for entering the cash donation for a charitable contribution.
