I still don't understand. You can only drive one vehicle at a time. I own three vehicles and have used all three for my rental property, but only one at a time. Is this asking me if I've only used one of the three vehicles for the entire year, or that I only drove one vehicle at a time, but used all three over the course of the year?

It means don't enter mileage for all 3 trucks together. Make sure all the mileage entered is just for that specific truck as you enter them. Enter all the relevant mileage and expenses for the first car then, after that's done, do the second, then the3rd.
