I pay desk fees for my real estate office. How do I claim these work expenses?

I pay a $150 fee on every deal I close, as well as pay the broker a 30% of the total commission. How do I claim these?

When claiming your income from your real estate office, you should also have a section in Turbo Tax for your business expenses.  This is where you can enter rent, mileage, fees, etc.
