If you do not have a business for property rentals and are just a landlord you do not issue a Form 1099-MISC to any individual or company that provides a service to the rental property.

I earned money streaming on Twitch and got a 1099MISC. TurboTax assumes this is a rental property when i enter the form info (only box 2 is filled), how do i change this?
