I paid $478.79 in points to Guild Mortgage Company on the house I sold, but I do not have a form 1098. Is this deductible? Where do I report it?

Go to the form where you would report the points if you had received a Form 1098.  They don't have to issue one if the amount is less than $600 but you still get to deduct it.  There is a box for points paid.  Also, check your settlement statement (also called a HUD-1 or closing statement).  You may have been charged property taxes for part of the year and that is deductible also.
