Either add it in manually or start over and transfer from 2017 again.  But then you will have to start completely over new.

If this is related to self-employed expenses, here are the steps: 

If you have not filed-

• Sign back into the program and select Take me to my return 
• At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in car expenses, business use and Enter
• Select Jump to car expenses, business use
• Follow prompts

If this is employee-related, it is not worth entering it as Congress has suspended the entire section of the miscellaneous deduction subject to 2% of AGI including the miles.
