You are correct your military pay is not foreign earned income. "Edit" your W2 and after verifying the form entries continue to the page titled "Uncommon Situations". Uncheck (do not check) the box for "Worked Outside the US". That military W2 was not earned working outside the US; you are considered to be in the US.
Then go back and delete the form 2555 using the "Delete a form" option (steps below).
If you had another job actually working in the foreign country, that income is foreign earned and could be eligible for the foreign earned income exclusion. You would need the form 2555 for that.
1. Select "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
2. Select "Tools"
3. Select "Delete a Form"
4. Find the form 2555
5. "Delete"
6. "Confirm Deletion"
