The TurboTax wording for this confuses everybody. If you inherited the HSA from someone other than your spouse, answer Yes, otherwise answer No.
(If you were the beneficiary of your deceased spouse's HSA, the HSA is now treated as if you have always been the owner and is not treated as an inherited HSA.)

I didn't inherit it from anyone. It's my HSA. Do I still answer no? (If intuit is reading these, they should fix the wording to be more clear.)
Yes, answer "no" if you did not inherit it from anyone.
