I'm having trouble trying to file with no income for the child tax credit Biden signed as part of stimulus. I'm not finding how to do this on TurboTax. It still says 0?

It also won't let me change already picked head of household as status. Isn't there a non-filer status? I can't find it or change anything.

if you are speaking about the increase to $3000 (or $3600 if under 6 years old) that doesn't take effect until 2021, so it is not on the 2020 tax return... that is why you can't find it 🙂..come back next year!

That CTC increase is not for 2020;  it is for 2021.   Your 2020 return does not have to be amended for it.  More information will be available soon; the details of how it will be implemented have not yet been clarified fully.  There may be monthly payments going out beginning in July 2021, with some of the CTC still left as a refundable credit on your 2021 tax return next year.
