Yes, a motor home is a home. The purpose of saying that you own a home is to deduct mortgage interest and property taxes in order to itemize deductions. If you have these deductions, yes, a mobile home counts as a home. If you don't plan to itemize, just say no.

Yes, a motor home is a home. The purpose of saying that you own a home is to deduct mortgage interest and property taxes in order to itemize deductions. If you have these deductions, yes, a mobile home counts as a home. If you don't plan to itemize, just say no.
