For those with ItsDeductible issues on a Mac trying to import from online to your TurboTax that is installed on your computer's hard drive (either from the CD or as a download) try these steps.
1. Reboot your computer using Shutdown and restart to clear the memory.
2. Click again on the prompt YES when asked "Do you have an account with ItsDeductible Online?" If you do not get a screen that asks you to "Import your ItsDeductible Online Information" you may have a keychain issue. It is a screen popup that asks for your keychain password.
3. Locate the keychain Utility in your Utility folder under Applications. The following info is from Apple Support. This worked for me:
If you use Mac OS X's Keychain, chances are that your password can be easily retrieved. First off, open Keychain Access.app (located in /Applications/Utilities/). Once there, scroll through the list of keys until you find the one that you're looking for. Double click on it and check the box that says, "Show Password."
4. If the above does not work contact Apple support for how to reset your key chain password. Keychain is also on iCloud so you may be working with that entity. Apple support has the answer. Also, when you are prompted to enter the password for ItsDeductible in the keychain, it wants that ItsDeductible password-not the main keychain password.
