I have two foreign tax credits on a joint return, one for each. The 1st one flows to 1040 Line 48 perfectly. The 2nd won't go. How can I make this entry flow?

There are two separate 1099-Div. entered.

One can take foreign tax either credit or deduction. Please check input for the item that is not entering - whether you checked the box for Deduction instead of Credit. If so, it would appear as a deduction under your deductions, but not in credits.
