ItsDeductible won't download, why?

ItsDeductible won't download.  All I get is a blank dropdown box.  Which piece of software needs to be fixed?

I have the same problem with TurboTax Premier 2017.

I’m having the same issue. Why can’t I just enter all my credentials to have it import? Why do we have to rely on a keychain to match? I’m not a super techie but can follow directions. Thanks for any help.
