I have the Same Problem but TurboTax reverted back to yes in final printout.

I verified that none of my 1099 forms have the FATCA checked. And I went thought the recommended process to change the answer from yes to no and it appeared to work ok. But the block was still marked YES in the print out.

I just installed Turbotax Premier 2024. When I go to open it, it says I have to do a restart. If I restart the computer, I still get the same message. Now what?
