Hope you are feeling better!  You do not enter anything about missing work on your tax return.   You just enter whatever income you received during the tax year, no matter which months it was received in.   If you have out of pocket medical expenses that you paid in 2024 you can enter them if you are itemizing deductions.

Being unemployed is not reported on a tax return unless you received unemployment compensation from your state, then that would be reported on a tax return.
