I got a statement from kindercare on how much I paid in child care, but its asking for

Kindercare gave me a full amount. Not individual for each child. Do I need to split the amount between my 3 kids? Or put the same amount for all 3?

Yes, if the cost of child care covered all three children, you have the option to report all of the expense on one child or split the total cost three ways. Do not report more than the amount from the statement you received.
