"Hello, In the Home Loan Deduction Summary section of Turbotax Premier, it lists my BECU Mortgage interest of $4682.59 with points of $210.00 and a BECU HELO of $168.75. This interest totals $4851.34 and points of $210.00. But, in the Your 2017 Deductione & Credits section, it says $8004 for the Mortage Interest. When I clicked on the $8004 link a summary of what I entered so far: BECU Mortgage = $7,835 and BECU HELO = $169. Why $8004 when it should say $5061.34?"

It sounds like you may have taken mortgage interest elsewhere, such as a home office, and tried to allocate the remainder to personal exemptions. In that case, you should not have entered the full mortgage interest again under your Deductions and credits for mortgage interest. Delete that entry and let the program do the allocation.
