I downloaded 1099DIV with foreign tax credit. It is not reflected in the tax summary

It should be reflected on Schedule 3 of the Form 1040. If you have not paid, you won't be able to see the Schedules. However, you can preview your Form 1040. It is on line 12 of the form.
