I claimed the EIC but didn't get it but now with the $10,200 taken out will I now get it?

I actually made more money on unemployment,so much in fact that I claimed but didn't get the earned income credit,will I get it now with the $10,200 Now tax free?

You must WAIT for the IRS to finish processing your return and sending you the corrected refund amount (expected sometime in May)  BEFORE you try to amend the return.
