I can't fill out the property tax portion at this time

Can I file my state and federal forms without it I don't see an option for this

ENTERING PROPERTY TAX INFORMATION IS USED FOR
ITEMIZING DEDUCTIONS. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THAT NUMBER YOU
ARE NOT ABLE TO GET THE BENEFIT OF THE DEDUCTION.
YOU CAN FILE YOUR RETURN WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.

I bought a property that has my home and a separate rental cottage on it. Do I enter all mortage interest from Form 1098, or half since I only rent half the property?
