HSA contributions (by your employer, or by you through your employer) require a Code W. No other code represents Health Savings Account contributions through a job.
Code DD has no impact on your tax return, as it represents your employer's share of your insurance, which is not your HSA.
If you made HSA contributions and/ or your employer did, first ensure that you see those on your paystub. If you do, you must ask your employer for a corrected W2 or an explanation. A code "W" is not created by you- it needs to be on the W2 that you receive.
