1. If you receive tips, you must include all tips as income on your tax return.

2. The economic impact payments, also known as stimulus payments are not taxable and are not reported as income on your tax return. However, in the Federal Review of TurboTax, you will be asked if and how much you received for the third stimulus. This is used by TurboTax to determine whether you are eligible for the Recovery rebate credit in case you you have not received the third stimulus.
