How do you manually change the itemized deduction, particularly if you intend to file form 8275

You are correct Form 8275 is not supported by TurboTax.

Not sure exactly what you are asking when you say you want to "manually change" the itemized deductions.  Do you mean you want to force it to itemized from standard deduction?
