How do I take advantage of the Texas Mortgage Credit Certificate Program in TurboTax?

Here is where you would need to enter that information on your Return

Back in the "Federal Taxes" main tab

go to the  "Deductions & Credits" section

one of the lines under "Your Home" is a line labeled:

"Mortgage Interest Credit Certificate"

Go in there and enter your Certificate information
