I'm sorry to hear that. I would advise you to simply go to Irs.gov and type in Where's My Refund in the search engine in the upper Right Hand Corner. This website will give you the most up to date information on your Return. If you elected to have your Refund directly deposited, If the Account and Routing Numbers were entered correctly then the Funds will be deposited when they post to your account. However if the Account and/or Routing numbers were entered incorrectly the Bank will reject your return and send it back to the Irs, who in turn sends you a Paper Check. I hope this information helps you with your question.

There are no credits on a federal return
for installing artificial grass.
However, If you make improvements
which increase your home’s market value
and/or extend its useful life, you can add to the cost basis of your home,
which may reduce the capital gain when you sell your property.

Gifts are neither taxable or deductible on your tax return. Any
gift to an individual that exceeds $14,000 in a year requires a
separate gift tax return to be filed (Form 709-United States Gift and
Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Return) by the giver - the receiver of the gift does not report anything.

Yes. If you incur expenses for autism therapy, special education,
autism service animals, and other therapeutic expenses, you can deduct
these costs as medical expenses. See the following explanation from IRS Publication 502:
Therapy
You can include in medical expenses amounts you pay for therapy received as medical treatment.
Special Education
You can include in medical expenses fees you pay on a doctor's
recommendation for a child's tutoring by a teacher who is specially
trained and qualified to work with children who have learning
disabilities caused by mental or physical impairments, including nervous
system disorders.
You can include in medical expenses the cost (tuition, meals, and
lodging) of attending a school that furnishes special education to help a
child to overcome learning disabilities. For expenses to be deductible,
a doctor must recommend that the child attend the school. Overcoming
the learning disabilities must be a principal reason for attending the
school, and any ordinary education received must be incidental to the
special education provided. Special education includes:
Teaching Braille to a visually impaired person,
Teaching lip reading to a hearing disabled person, or
Giving remedial language training to correct a condition caused by a birth defect.
You can't include in medical expenses the cost of sending a child
with behavioral problems to a school where the course of study and the
disciplinary methods have a beneficial effect on the child's attitude if
the availability of medical care in the school isn't a principal reason
for sending the student there.
Guide Dog or Other Service Animal
You can include in medical expenses the costs of buying, training,
and maintaining a guide dog or other service animal to assist a visually
impaired or hearing disabled person, or a person with other physical
disabilities. In general, this includes any costs, such as food,
grooming, and veterinary care, incurred in maintaining the health and vitality of the service animal so that it may perform its duties.
I hope this is helpful!

Yes, but only if you haven't filed your return yet. To get to Form 9465, go through the File section of TurboTax until you reach the screen How do you want to pay your federal taxes? (You won't see this screen if you owe $0 or are getting a refund.) Then, select the installment payment plan option, click Continue, and follow the onscreen instructions.

I can understand your frustration. We simply send your information directly to the Irs and then they handle it from there. You said you you spoke to the Irs>? Did you call or look at their website? Have your tried Calling the Irs directly at 800-829-1040??

a.m. to 7 p.m. local time, unless otherwise noted. Residents of Alaska
and Hawaii follow Pacific time. Puerto Rico phone lines are open 8 a.m.

Or have you gone to Irs.gov to check your Refund Status?

Do any of these apply to your Tax situation? Toll fees would be deductible as a vehicle expense for earning self
employment income, or driving in the service of an employer, but not as a
personal commuting expense. If these situations apply, you probably have more than $100 of business related deductions for
the year, you will have to upgrade to TT Home and Business. Then enter
your business income and expenses in the Business tab. The program will
walk you through the categories.

Detailed Instructions on how and where to Enter your 1099 div
With your tax return open, search for 1099-DIV or 1099DIV (lower-case works also) and then click or tap the "Jump to" link in your search results.
Answer Yes to Did you receive any dividend income?
Choose your bank or brokerage from the list to import your 1099-DIV and click/tap Continue or manually enter your 1099-DIV by clicking/tapping I'll type it in myself.
Follow the on screen instructions to enter your 1099-DIV.
Don't combine the amounts from 2 or more 1099-DIV forms if they're
from the same payer. Instead, enter additional 1099-DIVs individually by
answering Yes to Do you have any more dividend income from somewhere else which appears a few screens down the road.
If you are entering a second 1099-DIV, simply click/tap on Add Another Broker or Payer and follow the same steps above.
TurboTax CD/Download Instructions I hope this information helps you.
