How do I ensure that my AZ qualified charitable donation will be properly documented with form 321 instead of increasing deductions by 25% of the donation amount?

I noticed after the fact that my 2021 taxes did not reduce the total tax owed by the amount donated, instead they only decreased tax liability by 25% of the donated amount. I want to be sure that doesn't happen again.

Now that the standard deduction increased does that allow me to convert more dollars from an IRA to a Roth and not incur as much tax liability?

I am a senior and I am not seeing where the standard deduction is increasing by the $2,000 I believe it should be. Is it figured in a different place?
