How do I eliminate a medical deduction that is on my form that I don't remember adding?

I did not put this on when filling out the form and it won't let me eliminate it.

On which form, Schedule A? Is it possible that you have an HSA from which you took distributions? These distributions are automatically carried over to Schedule A. Is there any description with this item that you can't delete?

How do I clear the Deductions and Credits section? It is remembering my answers from my first attempt which was wrong and will not allow me to start over.
