Have you tried going back to that section in TurboTax? You can type "property taxes" in the search bar and it will take you to that section. You can review your screens to make sure they are correct.
When you are entering your Form 1098 if you include your property taxes, you do not need to enter them again in the property taxes section. This will lead to a double entry of your property taxes.
You can check your Form 1098 entries by typing "1098" in the search bar and then click on "Jump to 1098". It will take you to that section of TurboTax.
