How do I delete form 1099-sa

To delete Form 1099-SA, you can do the following:

If you are using TurboTax Desktop version of TurboTax you can  do the following to delete the form:

1. In the top right corner of your TurboTax screen click on "Forms" to switch to Forms Mode.
2. In you left panel  scroll down to the Form 1099-SA and in your right panel near the bottom of the form select "Delete Form" 
3. A box will appear to confirm the deletion, Click on "Yes"

If you are using TurboTax Online version of TurboTax you can  do the following to delete the form:

1. Continue your return
2. Click on "Tax Tools" then "Tools" and
3. Under "Other Helpful Links" 
4. Select "Delete a Form."
5. This will bring up all of your forms and you can 
6. Click on "Delete" next to the form you want to delete
