I am using TT BUSINESS, not Home&Bus, not Premier, I am using TT BUSINESS (have been for YEARS). I downloaded it and it is resident on my desktop. I am not on a mobile device, I am on a desktop PC using TT BUSINESS.
I have an LLC and need to add Form 4797 to my return so I can manually input some FX trades in section II of that 4797 form. I've done this in previous years but did not do it on my 2021 BUSINESS return.
Your 'help' screens mention a "JUMP' button - nope, not available.
Tell me how i Add/Attach/Find / Whatever to be able to pull up a Form 4797 so i can manually add data in Section II of that form.

While we recommend using the interview screens in TurboTax for accuracy and completeness of your entries, you may access forms directly when using TurboTax for desktop using Forms Mode:

Perfect! Absolutely clear and on the money! If you are the CPA that worked with me yesterday (Saturday evening), this written response is a clear repeat of what you led me through on the phone -- that was clear and on target, this also is very clear and on target.
TY, TY, TY. Youall are great!
Here's to great memories of TT on 5 1/4" floppies -- good memories there!

Thanks Patricia.
My LLC partnership has emailed me a PDF version of the K-1 and Form 4797 ( we sold the rental property last year ie 2022). Is there any way for me to import both into my TT premier software?
Thanks
Tapjoshi
Schedule K-1 can be imported into TurboTax if you can obtain .TXF format. There is no option to import a PDF file into TurboTax for Schedule K-1 or Form 4797. This information will need to be entered manually.
Additional info:
I have opened the 4797 Page 1 and tried to type in Part II Line 10a... for stock trading business.
However, the blue box does not accept typed entries .
I hit save.
Still, the 4797 does NOT show as a Form in My Return and the blue boxes do not accept typing.
I wouldn't mind getting the 4797 from the Schedule C but didn't see any prompt for that.
Also, when I get the form to work, I will need to know where to enter the amount from Part II line 18 "on the appropriate line of your return" (no line given) so it would be nice to know which exactly where line 18 gets forwarded to.
Note that I have two Schedule C's and the 4797 applies to only 1.
Thank you.
