I just saw your message and I've been waiting for the update also. So I logged into TT and downloaded the updates. And lo and behold, I was able to file my Fed and State taxes. Try again, it's been about an hour since your message and the update worked for me. If you still can't file, maybe there's another issue preventing you from filing.

Just tried it again - but still no luck. Based on the message I receive (see above in the thread), am i correct in thinking that I'm just waiting for form 8995-A?
